How about Fayette?

Fayette County and Sandy Creek are two of the best girls teams in the state and the Fayette boys are up there too.

Fayette might night be good enough to be the best county, but the region down there is legit (5-AAAA, which includes all 5 Fayette high schools, 3 from South Fulton, 3 from Douglas County and 1 from Carroll County).
