The USA South Athletic Conference has named Maryville College 6' 6 sophomore Jaumone Byrd "Player of Week" for his on court performance last week. The SEBA Alum from Douglas County High School averaged 16 points and 10 rebounds in two games this past weekend versus Oglethorpe University and Emory University.
"J-Byrd" was a standout player for Coach Joby Boydstone while at Douglas County and was a outstanding performer in several different SEBA programs during his high school career, including the SEBA Fall League and the SEBA All-Star Shootout Exposure Camp.
